Terms of Sales
Clause no. 1: Purpose and scope
These general conditions of sale (GTC) constitute the basis of commercial negotiation and are systematically sent or given to each buyer to enable him to place an order.
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the Singular Vintage brand and its customer in connection with the sale of the following goods: Prints, original stencils, photo prints, tote bags.
Any acceptance of the quote/purchase order, including the clause “I acknowledge having read and I accept the general conditions of sale attached hereto. » implies the purchaser's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Clause no. 2: Price
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated including tax. Consequently, they will be increased by the transport costs applicable on the day of the order.
Singular Vintage grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, he undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
Clause no. 3: Methods of payment
The payment of orders is made: ​
either by bank card

Payments will be made under the following conditions:

Clause no. 4: Late payment
In the event of non-payment, Singular Vintage reserves the right to cancel the order.

Clause 5: Delivery
Delivery is made:
by home delivery
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information only and is in no way guaranteed.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the benefit of the buyer:
the award of damages
cancellation of the order.
The risk of transport is fully borne by the buyer.
In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery.

Delivery is made in mainland France, Europe and outside Europe. For each destination, the corresponding delivery costs will be indicated at the time of the order.

Clause n°6: Right of withdrawal
Under the provisions of articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw, without having to justify any reason, from the date of receipt of his order. Shipping and return costs will be borne by the Customer. The product must be returned by mail in its new condition and its original packaging.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the return of the item which must not be damaged.
